STEAMED MILK W/ NUTMEG GELATO
Cooler months mean 'Heart & Soul Warmers' here at QB Gelato & Bakery! This steamed milk recipe has a mellow taste and not overly sweet that will hit the spot. Add a little rum for the perfect evening sipper. Simple and easy to make - grab your Pint of Nutmeg gelato at QB Gelato & Bakery.
• 2 cups of milk, gently heated on the stove top
• 1 cup of QB's Nutmeg Gelato
• 3 jiggers of Dark Rum
Step 1. Gently heat the milk and gelato in a saucepan whisking frequently.
Step 2. When hot, remove from stove top, add rum and pour into two large mugs.
NOTE: If you have a Steaming Wand on your at home espresso maker, use it to heat the milk and gelato together... makes a nice froth.
