One Big Table puts it best when they say, “to choose quality ingredients means inviting good flavours to your table….” We have thoroughly enjoyed looking for our local suppliers – each have a story and their pride in their products shine through. 70’s flashback… remember the commercial for Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup – “You got chocolate on my peanut butter… you got peanut butter on my chocolate!“. This is our representation of the classic combination.
We begin with a Fior di Latte gelato – our finest milk gelato using farm fresh dairy from D Dutchman Diary in Sicamous. We then blend in a pistachio paste hand-crafted in-house without the addition of any industrial products.
Our take on the world famous Oreo cookie. We actually combine Oreo chocolate wafers with our creamiest milk gelato – a true indulgence!
Who doesn’t love a good Brownie – we took ours and combined it with the goodness of Milk Chocolate from France and Belgium.
