We have searched for those ingredients that are unique to the Okanagan region – products of high quality that promote local artisans and traditions. One Big Table puts it best when they say, “to choose quality ingredients means inviting good flavours to your table….” We have thoroughly enjoyed looking for our local suppliers – each have a story and their pride in their products shine through. It makes us proud to be here sharing with you their hard work in our hand-crafted gelato!
A honey gelato made with Arlo’s Wildflower Honey and finished with our hand-crafted caramelized pecans.

Pistachio flavour… we begin with our “Milk Flower” (Fior di Latte) gelato – our finest milk gelato using farm fresh dairy from D Dutchmen Diary in Sicamous… then we blend in our very own hand-crafted pistachio paste.
Milk & Cookies – our take on the world famous Oreo cookie. We actually combine Oreo chocolate wafers with our creamiest milk gelato – a true indulgence!
Our signature dark chocolate SORBET. Best described as “Rich” and “Decadent”.
