We have searched for those ingredients that are unique to the Okanagan region – products of high quality that promote local artisans and traditions. One Big Table puts it best when they say, “to choose quality ingredients means inviting good flavours to your table….” We have thoroughly enjoyed looking for our local suppliers – each have a story and their pride in their products shine through. It makes us proud to be here sharing with you their hard work in our hand-crafted gelato!
FEATURE FLAVOUR: Our gelato master cooked the sage leaves in butter, then infused this mixture in our gelato base for 24 – 48 hours before turning out the actual gelato. A combination of sweet and savoury.
