We have searched for those ingredients that are unique to the Okanagan region – products of high quality that promote local artisans and traditions. Some of our speciality flavours include local honey, wine, berries and herbs. One Big Table puts it best when they say, “to choose quality ingredients means inviting good flavours to your table….” We have thoroughly enjoyed looking for our local suppliers – each have a story and their pride in their products shine through. It makes us proud to be here sharing with you their hard work in our hand-crafted gelato!
