QB Supper Club
QB Gelato is excited to announce our Supper Club. An unconventional dining experience with a seasonally sourced fixed menu curated by Gelato Master Victor Laderoute with a local guest Sommelier, winemaker or bartender. Beginning in February, and offered once a month.
“There’s a special feeling that comes with thinking you’ve discovered something unique and off the beaten path”, Kevin Bojda, co-owner of QB Gelato explains. Our communal long table seats 10. Our Supper Club will have guests enjoy tasting plates featuring an array of unique items and unexpected gelato and sorbets – each artfully paired with a wine or cocktail. Each dish is meant to awaken your imagination with creative ingredients not typically found in a gelato shop. “It’s all about sharing, laughing, learning, and being apart of an experience”, Victor explains. “We’re taking your dining experience to a new level. Expect, the unexpected, but be prepared to be delightfully surprised!”

Become apart of the exploration as QB presents a thoughtfully prepared 5 course menu. Our guest Mixologist, Harry Dosanj – Bar Travelling Man, will pair each course with a creative cocktail, making the night an unforgettably delicious tasting experience.
